Paul Walker is a genuinely caring individual and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He continually searched for us and was always communicating every step of the way until he found the right home for our family. We think he is great because he genuinely cares about the people he works with and gives his all to meet the needs of his clients searching for that place to call home. Be sure to call him, you will not be disappointed. He became a friend and is the true example of how people are supposed to treat one another.
We met Paul at an open house and are so grateful to have connected! He worked with us over a period of months until we found the perfect home. We appreciated the fact that his schedule was flexible, he never pressured us in anyway, he was able to use his expertise to point out potential red and green flags in a home and most importantly he was extremely patient with our family as we looked. We have toddler who was with us at every viewing and his empathy allowed us to make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable about different areas in and around Orlando, schools, and was able to make logistical recommendations once we decided on the perfect home. I would absolutely work with Paul again and would refer him to anyone looking for a home!
Paul went above and beyond with numerous hours showing us houses and getting comps for an area. He was always available on short notice and proactive in all areas. I will def be calling in future and staying in touch to refer others

Paul helped us with the purchase of our new home. He went out of his way showing us multiple properties to ensure we were completely comfortable with the home we selected. He became more than a Realtor to us, he became a friend. Certainly a person who goes above and beyond to ensure his client’s satisfaction, Paul even followed up with us during our physical move to ensure everything was progressing as we expected. I have bought and sold more than ten homes and Paul is a rarity among Realtors. I’d absolutely use his services again and would highly recommend him! I guarantee , you will not be disappointed!
I first met Paul Walker when me and my wife wanted to purchase a second house for investment. From the beginning he came across as very professional and knowledgeable Realtor, extremely patient and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy us as his clients. Some may argue , that is what all Realtors do because they are after the commission.... Wrong, unfortunately our loan application was approved at a rate which we considered high and we had to cancel the contract. Paul was still there for us, representing us in our claims for a refund of the deposit money. I thought this was remarkable since most Realtors most likely will not be interested in helping when such a situation arrives, I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to any of my friends and relatives. Definitely an A+ for him!
A coworker refereed me to Paul and I could not have asked for a better realtor. He was quick to answer all of my many questions honestly along the confusing home buying process. He made sure things moved fast and smoothly while giving wonderful recommendations along the way. He was a great negotiator and got me a fantastic price on my dream home.
